Read this release: I hereby release and agree to hold harmless the pit bike racing association, the promoters, owners, participants, officers, directors, officials, representatives, agents, and employee’s and volunteers of all of them from any liability, loss, claims and demands that may accrue from any loss, damage, or injury (inc. death, loss of limbs, and/or permanent disablement) to my person or property in anyway resulting from or arising in connection with any event sanctioned by the pit bike racing association, and whether arising while engaged in competition, practice or preparation therefore, or while upon entering or departing from any said premises for any cause what so ever that is sanctioned by the pit bike racing association. I know the risk and I thereby assume all risk problems that will endanger others or me while participating in an event or practice that is sanctioned or associated by the pit bike racing association. I understand insurance is not provided to me by the pit bike racing association and I must provide my own insurance and assume all risk. I understand that while riding in a pit bike racing association sanctioned event that I must wear a helmet that meets all mandated standards by required by law and proper gear protective gear.

Agreement: By signing up with the Pit Bike Racing Association, I agree to the terms of the above release, and further agree to abide by the pit bike racing association guidelines and any special regulations during a pit bike racing association sanctioned event. I will not hold the pit bike racing association or any affiliates, or any participant’s liable form any loss, damage, death or injury to myself or to my property.
